This outdoor musical festival will feature the best of Houston's live music, handmade art as well as food. Performers include local musical acts-the Breadwinners and Devil Killing Moth, with a headline performance by Los Pistoleros de Texas.
The music of Los Pistoleros de Texas evokes the essence of Gulf Coast music: part Tex-Mex, Cumbia, Cajun, Blues, and even Bluegrass. The band's use of regional ethnocentric instruments; button accordion, pedal steel, harmonica and banjo - craft a unique sound. Los Pistoleros de Texas have shared the stage with international acts such as Flaco Jiménez, the Texas Tornadoes, Ozomatli, and Los Skarnales. The band's organizer features a notable MECA music instructor, Roberto Rodriguez.
Art booths-showcasing the artwork of local talent: David Lippold, Levi Rosen, Mike Hernandez, Christian Navarrete, Dot Dot Dash, Kyle Fu, Stephen Kelly and Linda Hinojos.
