Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.The Houston Food Bank will be hosting a month-long event spotlighting hunger. The theme and slogan for this year is Hunger Bites. There will be 30 food fairs going on throughout Houston on September 16, 2009.
The Ripley House on Navigation will be participating as a distribution site and is currently seeking volunteers to help. The tentative hours are from 7:00am – 2:00pm.
